Google Meet

The webinars will be held on the platform Google Meet. Registered participants will receive the link to the webinar via email.

Should you have any issues related to the links or connection feel free to reach out before the event starts.

The links will be functioning starting from 15 minutes before, so as to allow you to contact us (imase@fbk.eu) should you have any questions. We will start on time.

Speaker-audience interaction

We kindly ask you to mute your microphone during the event. To save bandwidth, please switch off your webcam while speakers are presenting.

If you would like to ask a question, please book a slot via chat (e.g., writing "I have a question.").

Please only activate the microphone once we tell you to do so.

If you are more comfortable asking your question via chat, feel free to do so.
